Community Air Monitoring

BioMax Environmental’s Professional Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) routinely performs community air monitoring, project-site certified industrial hygiene ,and ambient air monitoring services within many communities and cities throughout California.  Chemical and physical hazard assessments utilizing state-of-the-art industrial hygiene equipment and analyses have included personal, area sampling, and real-time monitoring techniques.  Chemical and physical hazards evaluated have included Noise, Electromagnetic fields (EMF), hydrogen sulfide, carbon monoxide, methane, vinyl chloride, volatile organic compounds (VOC), lead, silica, and total dust, to name a few.  On-site monitoring equipment used have included the use of a high-tech gas chromatographs (GC), Realtime aerosol monitors(RAM) dust analyzers, photoionization detectors (PID), Flame ionization Detectors (FID), Jerome H2S monitors, and Summa canister TO-15 and TO-17 VOC ambient air analysis.
